Post about dizziness etc.

Thankful for Rosemary who alerted me to this thread when I mentioned my dizziness today. Today it is off the charts.... yes... holding on so I don't fall over like being on a ship... you hit the nail on the head! This year has been a doozie in the ascension symptom category from the get-go! In the last month or so I've been having pretty severe dizziness + difficulty focusing my eyes (and brain - ha!)... this has definitely added to the surreal hue/filter that seems to be my current lens of "reality".) And yes Janie! Same with the time... I've experienced both super-fast and super-slow time/perception.

I've also wondered if it's the 5G amping up everywhere but I recently realized that there have been some significant solar flares (which may trigger the shooting chest pains, etc.). Our bodies are shifting. I was sharing with a friend the other day that it feels like we're getting an upgrade to the frontal lobe this week. In general the whole head and brain structure is being worked with. Ears and eyes and sinuses and like there is pressure behind the eyes or forehead... pineal or pituitary gland corrections perhaps?

CNS, especially left side, numbness, left kidney, spleen.... crux implants. Grounding mechanism. GROUNDING is super helpful. Healing the lower spheres and still so much with the 2D and 4D, thanks be to God for not giving up on us. What a ride beloved friends. Hang in there! I feel your suffering and the sadness and frustration/anger that comes up ....and the fear. We are birthing a new earth, the new unity field - our placenta - we are safe. We are here learning to love and hold our shadows, to rock them in our arms, to see them and love them and bring them back into the fold. WE ARE ONE. ALL IS ONE. LOVE IS ALL.

Anyway, I've been trying to support my body with Hyland's bioplasma salts, epsom salt baths, EMF and 5G homeopathic remedies, and following a detox and healing protocol set up by beloved Charlotte ( her website is here .) Meditation, clearings, grounding. We got a grounding mat to sleep on, and we have a Blueshield device that feels helpful. During the summer and fall months I am 95% barefoot - walk my dogs barefoot, do my chores and spend as much time as I can outside barefoot. The wonderful farmer who delivers our hay laughed at me today because I walked right through a horse poop pile barefoot. Okay.... I also take/need to take more borax for parasites because of this. Ha! I really don't think I get parasites from being barefoot. I hear that's a thing but I don't worry about it. I think I get more parasites from everything else that's being thrown at us in our food, water, and air. I digress. Ha!

Anyway... feeling this thread. Always grateful for the camraderie around ascension symptoms - the reminder that we aren't alone and that we're a part of something special takes a bit of the load off.

The Subatomic particles of elemental matter are re-arranging within the new atomic structure that is in the process of being built to support the planetary body shift into the next harmonic universe. Subatomic Particles are particles that are much smaller than atoms, and describe particle shifts at the quantum scale of matter and energy. Subatomic particles such as electrons, protons and neutrons, make up atoms and are the building blocks of matter. As Subatomic Particles rearrange, it stimulates ionization of atoms which produces electrical energy and a series of chemical reactions in the body. The human body when subjected to strong Electromagnetic Signals, or activated Kundalini, is capable of biological ionization that can generate Plasma fields. In the ascending human body, ionization produces higher frequency Plasma light for continuing to build our liquid plasma spiritual body. Eventually, we evolve to the point where we shift out of the Chakra configurations in the Lightbody that exist in the lower creation realms, in order to build a plasma Lightbody structure.
