 I SLEPT last night! Only woke once and I don't even remember it! THANK YOU GOD!!

Just wrote this to Kirk who contacted me this morning to tell me he was healed and he did it through dancing to Beethoven's 2nd Symphony (which I danced to as well on Saturday night!). I left out the part where in SPINE night I saw that Gabriel/Lior was the diamond sun body and Kirk represented the Double Diamond Sun body. I also left out the part where I call him out on his superiority complex... he's constantly comparing himself to Lisa. And he thinks he's "above" everyone else. 

I can only be helpful through LOVE. Through supporting the life-giving energy. Don't say anything...just compassionately witness that which is not aligned to Christ. 

The night of 8/1 I dreamed alllllll night about the SPINE. Felt like I was working on healing it. This past week, you and this other friend who lives in NYC were in my dreams…major components of consciousness that I was working with.

Saturday evening 7/31 I finally obeyed the prompt to download the 9 Beethoven symphonies and work with them. I invited this into my mirror exercise and dance. If you don’t practice ecstatic dance (or whatever it’s called… moving to the flow of your soul), I highly recommend it. And if you can do it naked, it’s even better. Add in a mirror and you’ve got magic. Dance to and with and for your own soul and connect more deeply with your Godself. 

That night I dreamed all night of the spine, and reconnecting body parts. I knew it was big… I wrote that it was the first time that I had all night to explore and feel into a structure like that. The bridge from root to crown. 

The BRIDGE theme has been big for me all week too. I felt that I was building a bridge to the Aurora platform out over the frequency fence. I felt like I was building a bridge of Sophianic consciousness to support those healing FKOT, etc. Now I realize I am building a bridge over the Luciferian Abyss. 

Last night was the first night in 3 weeks that I’ve slept. It was a miracle for me too. I only woke up once to say “hold strong during this perceptive attack by enemies. Allow myself to love and feel into structure.” 

Then upon waking was told to write down to “strengthen your abdominal muscles”. This, obviously supports the spine and back. So… that’s it.

So grateful for your work, Kirk. You are a very special being. We are all working to embody our Avatar, the fullness of ChristSophia. The work is clearing that which isn’t supportive to that purpose. We came here to anchor the frequency of ChristSophia… this, and this alone will heal and restore Earth. 

I don't know if I'll share it. It's not for him. He's having his experience. I just want him to know that I'M INVOLVED in this experience as well. But what does it matter? That's ego wanting to be noticed and acknowledged. Forgetabout it.

Got the Yoga swing out to try... brought it to the yard. Just now I made it fall over. Need to practice. Ha!

This Crystal People book is great so far! Thank you beloved friends for coming to help me.

I keep forgetting everything that I'm wanting to do today...I start thinking or doing something and then it mindslides away. I signed up for OmniLove. I feel a different energy here... maybe them checking me out. We'll see. I had to talk through it with Misha and Rosemary the last two days and it has helped. I see how it is my own ego and judgment keeping me from joining. The rest is excuses. God's been asking me to join them for almost a year now and I just had excuse after excuse.

I keep feeling for my wedding ring. My left ring finger. It's very strange.
