Proverbs 4:23

GUARD YOUR HEART ABOVE ALL ELSE, FOR IT IS THE WELLSPRING OF LIFE. (Proverbs 4:23)

I woke up with that on my heart today. Most important advice ever. 

Great Charlotte session. Poor Charlotte didn't seem herself. But she did great and I'm grateful. I'm definitely working with a lot of dense and dark energy... Pindar, Thoth, Azazael. And the WAY to work with this is to embody the Sophianic consciousness. 

I am working with the daughter codes... indigenous peoples... crystal core... and SO HONORED!! THANK YOU GOD FOR THIS LIFE!!

The love that Michael and I share is healing the Fallen Michael consciousness and patriarchal domination and false father! Just wild. And it's MOVING! It's CHANGING! Healing!

I talked to Charlotte about the 8/8 session with Sophia which, judging by how often it rolled around in my consciousness, there was a pea under the mattress there and I'm glad to have addressed it with Charlotte. The Tarot reading allows access to my lightbody and I don't want anyone who isn't aligned to ChristSophia or the Law of One (Unity) to infect my field. Infect sounds so mean, but it can cause problems and I'm working hard to HEAL the problems, not create more. 

Since we were talking about root chakra clearings and demon, fallen angel, etc. cards too, it really just didn't feel entirely benevolent. I DO need to FACE the shadows and I will, but I need to do it from my own place in a safe and Krystic container (to the best of my ability). 

So I cancelled. Which is a big deal. But the mission comes first. God comes first. This is a lesson for me too... a practice. 

And look at how much support has shown up to support me! Heir to the Throne soap and Tiger's Eye, and all these other rock/crystal friends! I am still going to do a ceremony, but I need to do it with my friends and guides that have come to support me... I need to keep learning to communicate with my rock teachers, they will guide me. And this whale earbone is here to help me HEAR. GOD!! THIS IS AMAZING!!

"WELLSPRING"... "springs"... "out of it springs the issues of life" (from Prov 4:23) is the Strongs Hebrew word pronounced TOTSAAH and is number 8444. Feels significant.

So I need to stop all dairy. And also be patient and loving with myself. Maybe curb the coffee enemas if caffeine is coming up as a problem for my system. And meditate more. And talk with my rock friends. And allow God to teach me. Be one with the earth. God and my teams will guide me... don't resist.

Was bribed to poison myself today. FREE $30 to spend on UberEats... that mental implant sounded so good I put my brain out the window and ordered Outback Steakhouse. To eat a tortured cow and potato and grease-oil-bloomin'-onion and bread. POISON. All of it. And to try to make it go away after I ate banana cookies (chips) and watermelon. ALL TOXIC for my body. Are we STILL integrating this polarity Carissa? When will you learn? When will the lesson be over?

Is there a solar flare right now? And yes, feeling Lion's Gate. 
And have to feel into all these energies.

What I take into my body is of utmost importance. Choose LIFE. GIVE LIFE to Carissa and her beloved body and inner child. NOURISH HER. Do not allow her to eat JUNK. This is not in her best interest. Sometimes you want to just let her have whatever the distortions of the world have programmed her to want... the implants have programmed her to desire... but the MOST LOVING RESPONSE to that is compassionate witnessing and redirection to something that is HEALING. 

YOU ARE THE PARENT. Do you see? Are you beginning to see?
