TIMELINE OVERRIDE SEQUENCE (TOS) FEAR and TYRONE. I think. Fear including vein fear... the one in my head. Feel it. I went and looked at it again in the upper left. It's okay. It's doing its job. Number one I cooked myself in the bath too long. Number two I'm processing trauma. All is well.
I ate too much bad stuff... a bag of greasy plantain chips and a bag of sweet plantain chips and a slice of zucchini bread. Yes, some vegetables earlier, and a piece of daily bread with almond butter and also a little leftover fried rice. That's all so far and in a minute we'll have brussel sprouts and pot stickers.
Trauma trigger: Watching how I interacted to connect with Gavriel/Lior... he has a similar energy signature - maybe bigger, maybe scarier, to Tyrone and 8:23 and seeing how it takes me OFF my own balance. This is almost August and almost exactly 10 years from when I first started writing with Tyrone. I had an inkling that this might happen... my "walk" has been pretty similar this last year and half... like 2010-2011 TAKE TWO. Very strange. But this time I want to pass the test here.
I cannot "save" this man. I cannot mess with that large dark almost sexual energy. I mean... is it dark or is it just large or powerful? I've felt it today for a second... like it's big and safe and like I could tuck into it. But it is probably a trick. I need the AURORA LIGHT feel.... joy and happiness instead of GIANT and potentially LOOMING and possibly all-encompassing like it is toying with me and wants to gobble me up. Nom Nom, tasty little Starseed! No. Nope. I must remain in the LIGHT, shielded and safe.
I need to keep my bath to 20 minutes. I cooked myself too much. Density is moving though something wants to transit... something in my upper left heart and something in my lower/middle left abdomen. I invite them to join the Light of God and be free.
I want to choose CHRISTSOPHIA. Nothing else will do. I can't go rogue. When my beloved comes around it will be beautiful and loving and joyful... not this. This is here to help me choose differently.
Can I remain friends with him? I'll have to feel into it. That's truly what I want but again it's to "save" him. God will save him. I'll just follow... I've done my part (too much really, and not in a good way), so we'll see. I just need to not try to control, not live out of ego, just respond in love. That's the job.

"I’m sorry. I was just advised (by my guidance) that I shouldn’t be so weird. I’m Carissa.” But no. Gotta be weird. Sorry.
I feel you messing with me a bit. Testing. Feeling into it and can only imagine what you see or are experiencing. I’d love to know.I usually respond to that with a “show” of some sort…which is what this was… and it’s not the best. So if you talk to me again, I’ll try to reel it in.
