Kidney support post response

Thank you so much for the support EVERYONE! Rosemary, Sabine, Jen, and Vonnie in the last batch of goodness (I’m sorry if I missed anyone)! So many helpful and supportive suggestions- I’ve tried most of them too! Shewwwwwwing. Nettle teaing. Hot water bottling. Lemon-salt watering. Kidney meridianing (Misha sent this). And more! 

Jen, Thank you for bringing forward the animal protein connection… I am still trying to find a balance for this as I feel my body still needs some sometimes, but knowing what and when is what I need to keep honing my HSP to be able to discern. I hope your kidney pain resolves once and for all too! I haven’t taken NSAIDs in quite some time, but I did take some turmeric supplements the first day that I couldn’t move and feel like it helped with the inflammation some. I make golden paste (turmeric, coconut oil, black pepper, and ceylon cinnamon) for my dogs and could probably use that too. 

God has sent understanding to help me sink into acceptance (and even a tinge of eagerness) about this kidney pain now. I believe what I’m experiencing is related to Krystal Heart healing and I’m grateful and honored to be a part of it.The AG  Kidneys  article (sent by Melanie) was really helpful. “Pain is the axis to enlightenment” one friend said… and I am embracing that. And observing. Last night I dreamt that I was in a big river and was pulling birds out to bring home, and fish statues, and old toys… the birds seem especially relevant as I’ve been working with fallen seraphim, blood covenant clearing, and the Mississippi in a big way lately.

Anyway, it's getting better. The first day was the worst - I couldn’t move hardly at all. But yesterday and today the mornings are quite difficult but it gets better though the day. 

I wanted to share with Tryggve that I also noticed that my hair above my forehead was especially oily the last week or so. It was strange enough to note but I just decided to wash it more, ha! When reading your post I wondered if it was related to the  chrisma  (the anointing oil of the spirit of God).
