Super on point as well. I cried listening to some of it. Feels so supportive and loving and providing context for my experience.

I sent a note to Terri to ask about a session ... noticed that I sent at 1:44 I saw 144 on another monitor too.  Been seeing that a lot. Saw 9 11 today too. Seeing that a lot too. And mirror numbers 14:41 today I believe. Lots of numbers the last couple days... definitely feeling some upgrades or corrections or work being done. Taxing.

Took the boys to Dr. Page today and it went as well as it could... actually a pretty nice time. Moses is negative for heartworm and 3 other tick diseases. His bloodwork comes back tomorrow. I did consent to bring him up to date on his rabies, so he got the stick. 

Sunshine... did I tell you about Sunshine's name??? It came yesterday! This is what I shared with Ryan:

I was outside trying to meditate for a few minutes and I was asking for a name and the sun was shining rainbow beams of love upon me and I asked Rue to please help me with a name and immediately I knew… his name is Sunshine ☀️ I started singing 🎶 “You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are grey. You never know dear, how much I love you, please don’t take my sunshine away.” Or something like that. But that’s it. And Rue gave it to me through our love and connection and that sun. I love it. I can call him “sunny” or “Mr. Shine” or whatever I want, but he’s my (and Moses’) Sunshine. ☀️🥲

Sunshine got some antibiotics to kill any cough/funk he might have picked up at the SPCA and we got some ear cleaner and heartworm and flea prevention for him. Trusting he'll be okay with that stuff.  Page was very generous.

Ryan came over last night and we ate and played cards. It was nice. Our connection is definitely severed some... a lot... not feeling it as much... TRYING, but he's not feeling it so neither will I. Sad. But I have these sweet boys!

My heart is really hurt from him taking my fob to get in the gate.
